As a coach, my job is to stretch you into the person you know you can be but never really believed it possible. You are the expert of your life and you have the answers - with specific tools and techniques, you uncover just how complete you are.
Like so many of us, I was looking outside of myself, for more experiences and more connections, more achievements to fill in what felt as a huge internal widening gap - between the amazing life I was living and the inner peace and calm that was missing.
It takes a lot of courage to look inside, but I did.
I allowed myself to be vulnerable and started to see where I was stuck, triggered and insecure. I saw where I needed to heal so that I could become my higher self.
I took time to really get to know me and found what I love to do.
